The way we manage our With-Profits funds is set out in a
document called the Principles and Practices of Financial
Management (PPFM).
The PPFM is a lengthy and complex document, so we've
created a customer friendly version (CFPPFM), which
is designed be shorter and easier to understand. You can

Each year, along with their annual statements, we provide for
our With-Profits planholders, a document detailing how the
With-Profits fund has been managed in the previous year. This

illustration if you have one (issued for customers applying through
a financial adviser only).
