This website is designed to offer the best possible experience for our customers with disability.
The pages have been designed to be highly readable and usable when styles and images are turned off, allowing maximised readability by screen readers. It also offers improved flexibility of use with different browser technologies. CSS and HTML best practice are used throughout the site.
Access keys
The need for Access keys has been made redundant with the introduction of modern screen readers, and we have not used them on the site. This decision also reflects the forthcoming WCAG v2.0 guidelines which do not have a requirement for Access keys.
We have, however, designed the navigation to be as quick and simple as possible and believe that this will provide a much better customer experience.
Help us improve
We are committed to continually improving our levels of accessibility and helping all our customers to have the best possible experience when visiting the site.
If you have found any difficulty in using this site, or have any suggestions on how we could make improvements, please email us. All your comments are welcome.
