For many young children, learning can seem like a chore.
The whole process of gaining knowledge is viewed as a drag when compared to the joy playing with toys or being outside can bring.
This is where parents come in and TV presenter and celebrity mum Philippa Forrester noted they have to make sure education is enjoyable.
"We've got vast amounts of information at our fingertips, but you've got to get through it and find things relevant to you," she added.
Forrester remarked it is important that mums and dads recognise if their little ones are not doing well in a particular subject, as this means they can take action.
Adults should not be afraid to use the internet as a resource, as they will be able to get loads of ideas from the web about how to help their kids with learning.
Forrester went on to note when they have downtime, parents should explore the world with their little ones to ensure they are enjoying themselves.
