Before submitting your child’s photo to our CTF Photo
Wall please read the following Terms and Conditions. Your
participation in our CTF Photo Wall indicates your acceptance of
these.
Eligibility
Open only to individuals who are registered contacts of a child
who holds a Child Trust Fund account with The Children’s
Mutual.
Entry requirements
Images submitted to The Children’s Mutual CTF Photo Wall must be
provided in the following file formats: jpg, gif or png.
The image must not exceed 2MB in size.
Submissions must not contain obscene or indecent material within
the imagery, including nudity, pornography or foul language.
Neither must they contain defamatory content, including but not
limited to, words or symbols that are widely considered offensive
to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual
orientation or socioeconomic group.
Each image submitted must not show any product brand names.
You must hold all rights for visual content you upload, either
as owner of the image or as holder of written consent supplied to
you by the owner (for example: a professional photographer)
By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these
rules.
We may use your feedback, for different periods, across a range
of marketing materials, including printed literature and our
website. It won’t be used in a way which directly identifies you or
your family. It will be credited to ‘[First name and surname
initial eg Pat H] from [town or county], mother of [child’s name]
aged [child’s age]’, or similar, so as to maintain anonymity. By
providing your feedback, you also consent to our using it as
described here.
This competition has been organised by The Children’s Mutual. No
correspondence or discussion will be entered into should any
dispute arise.
The Prize Draw is not open to employees and families of the the
Children’s Mutual and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone
professionally connected with the promotion.
Selection Criteria
Only one entry is allowed for each child.
Three winners will be selected each month by random prize draw
up to and including December 2009. The monthly winners will receive
£20 worth of Love2shop vouchers. Vouchers will be dispatched within
28 days of the date of each draw.
Prizes are non-transferable and there are no
cash alternatives
General Conditions
Winners will be notified by email.
The email address you provide will be used to notify prize
winners, so please make sure your details are correct.
We reserve the right to alter red eye, contrast and brightness
on all photos submitted.
