If you’ve recently received a letter from
Capita Tracing Solutions (CTS), it’s because our
records show that you had a policy with us that matured, but have
not taken the money that you are due.
As it may have been a while since the policy
matured, we’ve asked CTS to contact you to tell you about your
policy and ask you to complete some forms so that we can pay the
money to you.
Who are Capita Tracing Solutions?
Capita Tracing Solutions are
a tracing agency that specialises in tracing missing or gone away
policy holders and reuniting them with their rightful assets.
Why didn’t I receive information about this at the time of
maturity?
When the policy matured we wrote to you at the
address shown in our records and enclosed a claim form. If you
didn’t reply we would have sent you another letter to follow this
up.
If, after 30 days, we had still not heard from
you we would have transferred your money to our matured policies
fund.
How do I claim my money?
To claim your money, please read the Terms and
Conditions enclosed with the CTS letter, complete the claim form
and send it back together with all the required paperwork to Capita
Tracing Solutions.
Is there are charge for this service?
No, there is no charge.
How long before I receive my money?
Once CTS has received the completed claim form
and required information (details of which are contained within the
letter) it will take around 6 weeks for us to pay the money to
you.
