Over the last year, we asked Capita Hartshead
Tracing Solutions (CHTS) to try and find some of our customers who
had a policy with us that matured when we were trading as
“Tunbridge Wells Equitable Friendly Society”, but have not yet
taken the money due to them.
This has now ended, so if you’ve received
a letter from CHTS and replied but they asked for more
information, CHTS have now passed your claim over to us. If this is
the case, please give us a call on 0845 609 0085
and we will be able to discuss this further.
If you’ve received a letter from CHTS but
didn’t reply, you will no longer be able to claim via CHTS or use
the claim form they have provided you with. Please call us on
0845 609 0085 and we will send
you our claim form.
