Top 10 career choices

2010 marks the third anniversary of our 'What I Want To Be When I Grow Up' research.  This year we asked 1,200 families with children aged 5, 6 and 7 years old what their children say they want to be when they grow up.

As in previous years, professions requiring significant study such as teacher, doctor, and vet are among the top career choices for the UK’s children.  We’re also increasingly seeing children’s choices dividing along traditionally male and female careers.
